What you buy

Choose only the apps you want. Each subscription applies to its named app and plan, not the entire Nova suite. Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the amount due and the billing interval before you confirm. No free trial or bundle is included.

Recurring payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By confirming a subscription in Stripe Checkout, you authorize the initial payment and recurring payments at the displayed price and interval. Monthly subscriptions charge the full monthly price at signup and renew on the corresponding date each month, using the last day for shorter months. Review the amount due and renewal date at checkout. An annual payment covers one year and renews annually; it is not a monthly installment plan.

Cancel and return to free

Open My subscriptions, select Cancel subscription, review the refund estimate, and confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals and ends premium access immediately. The app returns to its free plan. Cancelling a subscription and deleting app data are separate actions.

Refunds

Monthly individual subscriptions have no standard refund. For an annual subscription, cancellation automatically initiates a refund of 80% of the amount paid for whole unused months. The current partial month is excluded. For example, an annual payment of $40 with six whole months unused produces a $16 refund: $40 × 6/12 × 80%.

Whole months use UTC anniversaries of the annual billing period start, clamped to the last day of shorter months. Previous refunds reduce the amount still refundable. Unusual invoices, discounts, taxes, disputes, or failed refunds may require support review. Your cancellation still takes effect immediately. Refund settlement depends on the payment provider and your bank. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unchanged.

One-time Portfolio purchase

Nova Portfolio costs $5 once for the specific portfolio opened from your account. Editing and repeat exports of that portfolio are included. The purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. Deleting that portfolio does not transfer its purchase to a replacement portfolio or another account. Contact support about a one-time payment problem or refund request; the annual-subscription formula does not apply.

How billing data is used

Prospered J and J LLC, California, operates SUPERNOVA. Nova ID confirms your account. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, and refunds. SUPERNOVA stores account-to-customer links, purchase identifiers, access status, cancellation records, and the version and time of your accepted payment terms in its billing storage. These records connect purchases to the right account and app and help prevent duplicate payments. Card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout, not into the Nova apps.

Billing runs on Vercel and uses Upstash for its billing records. App servers receive the plan or portfolio access they need to provide paid features. Billing records and app work are separate from your shared Nova ID identity. Contact support for billing or privacy requests; do not send passwords or card details.
